Why:

Africa needs leaders who are living out the truth of God’s Word, leaders with integrity, good morals, and Godly values. We need to be thinking outside the box!   Training trainers is a key to a movement that can touch not only a nation, but a continent, even the world.  This is a model of training trainers in church planting that includes all the components of church planting, but also social economic development, stewardship, theology of work, trauma care, and much much more.  Incorparating a wholistic training to empower not only the church, but communities to self sustainability.

How:

We teach a Bible based Church Planting Curriculum, incorporating entrepreneurial strategy with clear concepts of God’s nature and purpose.   The content includes such topics as the qualities of a Biblical Leader, stewardship, theology of work, identity in Christ, Biblical entrepreneurship, and so much more.  Participants begin implementing what they have learned after each module and are accountable to their group leaders.  Raising up young leaders for the next generation.
